Delaware LLC annual filings

Delaware LLCs don't file an annual report. Instead, every LLC pays a flat annual tax of $400 on or before June 1 for the prior year. Missing it adds a $200 penalty plus 1.5% interest per month. Every Delaware LLC must keep a registered agent with a business office in Delaware.
