Frequently asked questions
What is a subscribed (live) calendar?
Instead of importing dates once, your calendar app checks our feed regularly and picks up new years’ dates and any rule changes automatically. You can remove it anytime like any other calendar.
Which calendar apps work?
Google Calendar, Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, Mac), Outlook and any app that supports iCalendar (.ics) subscriptions.
Why do some states ask for my formation month?
Some states tie the due date to the month your LLC was formed — Wyoming’s annual report is due on the first day of that month; California’s and New York’s statements are due every two years in that month, in even or odd years matching the year you formed.
Does it include federal tax deadlines?
There is a separate federal feed with the 2027 IRS dates for LLCs: estimated taxes, 1099-NEC, Forms 1065 and 1120-S, Schedule C, Form 1120 and Form 5472, and extended due dates.
Do the events have reminders?
Each event carries a 14-day alert. Some apps ignore alerts on subscribed calendars; if yours does, use our free email reminders as well.
Is this the same as filing?
No. The calendar only reminds you. You still file and pay with the state — each event links to the state guide with the official filing link and fee.
Dates follow each state’s published rules (sources on every state guide). Information only — not legal or tax advice; confirm with the state before filing.
